Mite Development
Mite Development Program
The Tri-Town Ice Arena and the Junior Monarchs are proud to introduce their Mite Development Program. Due to the significantly large number of participants in last season’s Mini Monarchs (Learn to Play Hockey), we have decided to expand our grassroots hockey program to include the Mite Development Program. It is intended for children that are born in 2002 or later, who have completed our Mini Monarchs Program, another Learn to Play Hockey Program or any Mite League. Older skaters with Learn to Play or Mite experience should enroll in our Squirt House League. The Mite Development Program will allow mite aged players to gain quality instruction in a fun environment, while providing convenient ice times and a reasonable cost to our families.
When do we meet?
We will meet Friday nights from 5:40-6:30pm and Saturday mornings from 9-9:50am throughout the course of the season. The season begins Friday September 24, 2010 and concludes Saturday March 26, 2011. If you are busy with fall sports, youcould choose the winter season option that begins on November 5.
